In this free keto tip, I’d like to help you learn how to stay motivated on keto in order to achieve your weight loss goals.
You see, most people fail to make keto a success for one of two primary failure reasons.
Firstly, they can’t get motivated to start the diet.

 And second, even if they do get off the ground, they can’t stay motivated long enough to succeed.

This is a real problem. You see success feeds motivation, so you need some to have some.
>On keto most people measure success in feel good factor, ie weight lost and sense of wellbeing.
But if that isn’t happening it causes storm clouds and we start to see a raft of quitters lining up on the horizon.

So here’s a great way to get and stay motivated on Keto:

Grab a piece of note paper and get ready to learn how to stay motivated on keto.

How To Stay Motivated on Keto

On one side, write all the nice, happy things you want to do, feel or experience as a result of achieving your dream body and sense of wellness.

Then, on the other side of the page, write down all the bad things you don’t want to happen if you don’t lose weight fast enough.

For example, on the positive side, you might write in your notes…

  • I want to feel more confident in my appearance.
  • I want to look great in pictures and in the mirror.
  • I want to fit into my skinny jeans again.

And on the negative side, you might write in your notes…

  • I don’t want to feel tired and sick all the time.
  • I don’t want people making fun of me anymore.
  • I don’t want to take any more expensive medications.

Start Writing Down Your Goals To Motivate You

Write down as many things as you can think of on both sides, for space reasons in this post I suggested three of each but you can write as many reasons as you like; as they best apply to you!
When you’re finished, you’ll have an honest account of all the things you do and do not want on your journey.

Once that’s done, keep it somewhere safe and accessible… like in your handbag or taped to a high visibility area.

Then, anytime you feel like you want to quit… simply read the list to give yourself a big boost of get stuff done motivation!

It will motivate and inspire you to stick with the Keto diet and achieve your ideal weight.
Not only that you will be galvanized to try new techniques such as fasting and really dive into all those tasty fat burning recipes!
